RETURNS & REFUNDS
We're sorry if you didn't love your moosh. product.
For full information on our refund policy, please read below:
  • To return any unwanted items please return to the following address

  • Please send returns tracked and insured, any items lost in post/ transit will be at the risk of the customer and will not be subject to a refund.
  • Returns are made at your own expense.
  • Please take care when trying on any items and note we only offer refunds if the items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.
  • We have a 14 day refund policy; from the day the item is ordered, you will have 14 days to request a return.
  • If you have received a different item from the one you ordered - we're sorry! We will get the right product to you - just email hello@mooshworld.co.uk with the order details and we will sort the rest!
  • Any items that are not returned as new as per the above guidelines we won't be able to refund your product
  • If you have requested a refund on an order which includes a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount that has been paid.
  • Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order.
  • Card refunds can take between 5 - 10 days to show into your account.

Faulty Items
If an item is delivered to you that is not fit for purpose it is considered as faulty goods. Natural wear & tear through use is not considered as a faulty good.
If your item is faulty when it is delivered to you, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you ordered the product.
