We hope you love your moosh. delivery & we have made shipping as easy as possible. All of our shipping is tracked - you will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been packed.

We track every order. We'll send you the tracking number of your order so that you can watch the moment your moosh. product is shipped to the moment it's in your hands!

HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER

When you make an order on mooshworld.co.uk, we will send you a confirmation email.

Our team will then process the order within 2-3 business days, we then hand it over to our nominated carrier Royal Mail. You will then receive a tracking number so you can see where your product is at any given time. Expected delivery is between 3-5 business days once order has shipped.

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG

If you have made a mistake on your order, you may be able to update your details, provided this has not already been picked and packed. Please email us as soon as possible at hello@mooshworld.co.uk and we can amend the shipment address for you.

• You'll receive an order confirmation email after purchase

• Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday.

• Please be aware that we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you have incorrectly entered your address and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, there will be an additional waiting period.

• Should there be any duty to pay on your package, this is the customer’s responsibility. 

If you are a buyer outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are issued once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you as we have no control over these charges.

Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. When you order from mooshworld.co.uk, you are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
